This policy explains how Wirecore GmbH ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit tidy.bar. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you access the site, the server automatically records access data (IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser/user agent) so the site can be delivered securely and reliably. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after 7 days.
3. Analytics - Rybbit
We use Rybbit, a privacy-friendly, cookieless web-analytics tool that we self-host on our own infrastructure (analytics.wirecore.net). It records aggregated usage statistics - for example page views, referrers, approximate region, and device type - without setting cookies and without storing data that directly identifies you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It uses cookies and similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to deliver relevant ads on Meta's platforms. This can involve transferring personal data to Meta and to the USA. We use the Meta Pixel only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may give or withdraw at any time via our cookie settings. More information: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
5. Purchases & downloads (Gumroad)
The TidyBar application is sold and delivered through Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.), which acts as Merchant of Record for the purchase. When you proceed to buy, your data is processed by Gumroad under its own privacy policy. The free application download is served from this website.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@wirecore.net.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
