These terms govern your use of the tidy.bar website and the TidyBar application.

1. The website

This website provides information about TidyBar and a free download of the application. It is provided "as is", and we may change or discontinue it at any time.

2. Purchase & Merchant of Record

TidyBar is sold through Gumroad, which acts as Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract for the paid license is concluded with Gumroad and is subject to Gumroad's terms of service. The price is a one-time payment of $25 (plus any applicable tax shown at checkout); there is no subscription.

3. License

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TidyBar, including updates within the purchased version. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the application except where permitted by mandatory law.

4. Free scan & money-back guarantee

Scanning is free; a paid license is required to perform deletions. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the purchase - contact us or Gumroad to request a refund.

5. Disclaimer & liability

TidyBar moves removed items to the Trash so they can be recovered; however, you are responsible for reviewing what you delete and for keeping your own backups. To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided without warranty and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

6. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
